To The Body Shop, with love!

This is no brand bashing (hence with love), So if you are here wanting to see me crib (which I don’t think I have ever done here, ever), please move on, nothing here for you :).

To The Body Shop

I’m a blogger (obviously, you will know that if you are reading this BLOG!! Duh.. ) and I have created new family ties in B’lore. I live in Chennai and hence, I drive down to B’lore often and live to tell about it. 🙂 For the last 3 weeks I have been going there every Saturday. One of my gal pals read about that and wanted a favor. Enter The Body Shop. She wanted some cream and since Chennai doesn’t have “The Body Shop”, I was asked to get her a cream from B’lore. She being a friend of mine, I obliged.

The whole experience begs the question : Why no branches in Chennai?

Is it because people here are naturally beautiful?! In that case, please have the shop here for the ones who come here and are trying to cope up to the natural beauty, artificially.

Or if its because you think that people here don’t care about artificial natural looks. They do. Someone messed up in your market research department.

Or If you think that people need extra layer of cream on them, just to keep all the construction dust and the pollution off their skin in B’lore, I’ll agree with you. Yet, the pollution and the scorching heat in Chennai makes the Chennaites serious contender too. 🙂 So please don’t state this excuse.

I mean it, there is a huge market here!

I write to you with the best interests of The Body shop in mind. There is also a bit of the selfish motive of not having to buy creams for my friends, when I visit B’lore!
